A Taste of Dahl

One man show introducing Roald Dahl’s work - wacky, joyous and fast-paced.

Using only Dahl’s words, Anthony Pedley shows how Dahl created his classic books.

Dahl discovered ‘the … essential ingredients ... a good fast plot, lots of humour, and a mixture of some extremely nasty people, and some nice people.’

Excerpts from all the favourites: The BFG, The Witches, James and the Giant Peach, Matilda, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The Twits, Fantastic Mr Fox and George’s Marvellous Medicine.

Suitable for ages 7-12.
